Towards Economic Independence of Kibera Women (TEIKW)




 TEIKW is an initiative by Women in Business, aiming at setting up women self help groups in Kibera, Africa's largest slum located in Nairobi, Kenya.
TEIKW's goal is the economic independence for the women through creation of self help groups. Each self help group will work towards creating and selling tradicional jewelry and handycrafts from Kenya, and thus generating own income.
